The Vuelta a España organization has announced the change in the timing of the 2nd stage of the Vuelta a España.
The decision comes after several protests from the cyclists regarding the danger of the descent on the circuit before the finish. As a result, the general classification times will be taken 9km before the finish, before entering the Montjuïc circuit. Note: time bonuses will remain unchanged.
