The Mountain Bike World Cup will include four new locations next year, while some traditional venues will disappear from the calendar.
The Mountain Bike World Cup will start next year with two stages in Brazil. On April 12, the opening stage will take place in Mairiporã, São Paulo. A week later, the Mountain Bike circuit moves to Araxá, Minas Gerais.
This will be followed by two classics in Europe. On May 24, the top riders in the sport will compete in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic. Then it’s the turn of Val di Sole in Italy on June 14.
The third new addition is Crans-Montana, Switzerland (June 21). A week later, the cyclists will head to the French Alps in Haute-Savoie (June 28). The latest addition is Lake Placid, New York, USA (September 27). The final stage will repeat from 2023 and take place at the Canadian ski resort of Mont-Sainte-Anne.
