Lidl-Trek has announced the schedules of its key cyclists for 2024. Jasper Stuyven will participate in the Giro d’Italia for the first time since 2017, where he will join Wout van Aert, among others.
Tao Geoghegan Hart will kick off his season at the Volta ao Algarve.
Lidl-Trek is currently conducting its first Training Camp, and simultaneous information is emerging on the team’s website regarding the team’s calendars for 2024.
Mads Pedersen will start the season at Etoile de Bessèges, Jonathan Milan at the Vuelta a Valencia, and Tao Geoghegan Hart will begin his schedule at the Volta ao Algarve.
Jonathan Milan will participate in almost all the spring races alongside Pedersen and Stuyven.
In the Giro, Giulio Ciccone is expected to be the captain, along with Andrea Bagioli, Jonathan Milan, and Jasper Stuyven.
Tour de France
In the Tour, Tao Geoghegan Hart will lead the team. Mads Pedersen will also be part of the team in the Tour; however, Pedersen is expected to return to the Vuelta a España, as he did last season.
Vuelta a España
Mads Pedersen is expected to be in the Vuelta, but Danish rider Mattias Skjelmose is likely to be the general classification man.
