Jumbo-Visma’s remarkable performance, with its 38 victories, solidified its position as the strongest team throughout the year, demonstrated in various metrics. Surprisingly, Groupama-FDJ, ranked 7th in the UCI standings, recorded only two high-level victories in 2023, with Valentin Madouas at the Bretagne Classic and a stage win by Stefan Küng at the Tour de Suisse.
