The case doesn’t seem to be severe, as the athlete posted on his Instagram this Sunday the phrase: “An ideal place for COVID-19 recovery,” as seen in the image below, where we can see a photo by the pool at the Cycle Coffee Society hotel in Alicante.
Visma-Lease a Bike is in Spain, preparing for the upcoming season. There is no information yet on whether other team members are also affected by the illness.
