This January 24th we will see the first of the Challenge Mallorca races, which traditionally marks the start of the season for many World Tour cyclists. The initial test will be the difficult Trofeo Calvia, won by Rui Costa in 2023, after an attack with 33 km to the finish.
Weight start list in 2024
In 2024, once again the start list includes big names from the World Tour scene such as Alex Aranburu, Marc Soler, Brandon McNulty, Aleksandr Vlasov, Ion Izagirre, Alberto Bettiol, Tobias Johannessen, Thomas de Gendt, Ilan van Wilder and Vincenzo Albanese , who will try to take the title from Rui Costa.
