BORA-Hansgrohe is preparing its team for 2024 and has announced the contract renewal of the Irish Champion and three other cyclists

Cesare Benedetti, Jonas Koch, Frederik Wandahl, and Ryan Mullen have had their contracts renewed with BORA-hansgrohe for the upcoming year. The German team extended the contracts of these cyclists, which were set to expire at the end of 2023.

Benedetti, 36 years old, will begin his 15th season with BORA-hansgrohe and the teams that preceded it. The Italian, who became a naturalized Polish citizen, started his cycling career in 2010 with Team NetApp and has always remained loyal to the German outfit. Benedetti is known as a loyal helper who can also escape, as he did in 2019 when he won the 12th stage of the Giro d’Italia, still his only professional victory.

The Danish rider finished 8th in the Bretagne Classic and 11th in the Circuito de Getxo (Spain) this year.
