Remco Evenepoel expresses dissatisfaction with anti-doping testing after the 2nd stage of Vuelta a España

Remco Evenepoel had to undergo an anti-doping test after the conclusion of the second stage of Vuelta a España. However, the Belgian cyclist, the reigning winner of Vuelta a España, displayed a clear lack of enthusiasm towards this situation. The video published by the Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad illustrates the moment when the team captain of Soudal Quick-Step let out a prolonged sigh upon being informed of the need to undergo the procedure once again.

Remco didn’t hide his displeasure, stating, “No… You test me three times a week,” to the official who was to accompany him to the location where anti-doping controls are conducted. The current champion then proceeded to the Vuelta control and immediately got into one of the team cars. As a result, he didn’t speak to the press after the stage.
