Following notification from the UCI of the positive doping of Dutch cyclist Antwan Tolhoek, in an off-season test, as reported by Giro do Ciclismo , the Sabgal/Anicolor team belonging to the Full Racing Club, immediately reinforced its stance in the fight against doping and issued a statement via Instagram.
