During the 13th stage of the Vuelta a España, on the ascent of Col d’Aubisque, Jumbo-Visma took the front of the peloton and accelerated. Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quickstep), in a moment of weakness, couldn’t keep up, and by the end of the ascent, he was over 1 minute and 30 seconds behind the leading cyclists in the race, such as Sepp Kuss, Juan Ayuso, and Primoz Roglic.
