All WorldTour teams, with the exception of UAE Team Emirates, are currently in a Training Camp in Spain. Visma – Lease a Bike, like most teams, chose Alicante as its base. Today, Jonas Vingegaard, Dylan van Baarle, Cian Uijtdebroeks, Jan Tratnik, Matteo Jorgenson and Edoardo Affini went out for a workout together.
Over the course of almost five hours on the bike, they covered a distance of 140 kilometers and faced a drop in level of 2,874 meters, however, the group faced an obstacle when a goat farmer appeared leading his animals.
Jonas Vingegaard and Cian Uijtdebroreks will start their season in Spain. The two cyclists will compete in The Gran Camiño, in a month and a half.
Dylan van Baarle, Matteo Jorgenson and Edoardo Affini will open their season at Omloop het Nieuwsblad, in Belgium.
