Aston Martin, a renowned luxury car manufacturer, has partnered with titanium specialist J. Laverack to develop an exclusive and custom road bike. This premium bike can be tailored to each cyclist’s specific measurements.
The foundation of this bike is a frame made up of titanium components produced with 3D printing technology, which are later joined by carbon fiber tubes.
This manufacturing method allows for the customization of tube lengths and the adjustment of frame angles according to each cyclist’s individual preferences, all configured in design software prior to production.
The Aston Martin press release states, “This ensures a frame that not only provides an exceptional blend of responsiveness and comfort but also sets new standards for elegance and beauty.”
