The Arkéa-B&B Hotels team celebrated its regional traditions by unveiling its new uniform for the 2024 season at an event held on Sunday, December 3, outside the Arena Glaz in Cesson-Sévigné.
The Breton team revealed the first images of this new chapter in the team’s history, starting on January 1, 2024, marking the end of the Arkéa-Samsic era.
The 29 cyclists of the team led by Emmanuel Hubert had the opportunity to see the new uniform they will wear in 2024. While maintaining the fundamental identity with the traditional red color and black details on the collars and sleeve ends, the jersey features a patterned background and coats of arms, evoking the symbolism around the legendary Breton sword “Excalibur.”
Emmanuel Hubert, the team’s general manager, emphasizes the team’s connection to Breton tradition. “You all know our history, linked to the Breton territory, a region we proudly represent worldwide. That’s why our 2024 jersey was designed around the theme ‘EXCALIBUR,’ the legendary Breton sword. This 2024 edition ‘breathes’ our origins.”
“With this boldness, our riders will have to fuel themselves to continue writing the legend of the ARKÉA-B&B HOTELS team, which will celebrate its twentieth season in the professional peloton next season, in terms of the UCI WorldTour structure.”
